If you forgot your password, open the relevant login portal and click Forgot Password.
Steps
- Enter the email attached to your portal account.
- Open the reset email from Eandel.
- Create a strong password with uppercase, lowercase, numbers and symbols.
- Return to the portal login page.
Admin password reset may be restricted for security reasons. Contact the system owner if you are an admin.
