My Payment Failed. What should I do?
If your ad payment fails, please check the following:
1. Ensure your card is authorized for online and international transactions.
2. Verify that you have sufficient funds in the correct currency.
3. Try switching from Paystack to Flutterwave (or vice versa) on the checkout page.
What happens after I pay?
Once your payment is successful, your ad creative goes into a 'Pending Review' state. Our editorial team reviews all ads to ensure they meet our premium standards. This usually takes less than 24 hours. Once approved, your ad will go live automatically on the platform based on the slot you purchased.
For billing discrepancies, submit a Support Ticket under 'Billing & Subscriptions'.
