For more than two decades, art has not simply been my profession; it has been my life, my language, and my calling.
I have spent much of my life imagining worlds that did not exist and then finding ways to bring them into reality. As a production designer, visual artist, art director, scenic designer, and creative practitioner, I have learned to see possibilities where others may see only empty spaces.
From working on film productions such as Gold Coast to creating immersive theatrical environments for productions such as Men Don’t Die, every project has strengthened my belief that art has the extraordinary power to transform how people see, feel, think, and connect.
But when I look back at my journey, I realise that the greatest thing I have been building is not only sets, images, installations, or visual worlds.
I have been building people.
Mentoring young creatives, sharing knowledge, creating opportunities, and encouraging emerging artists to believe in their own potential have become some of the most meaningful parts of my journey. I believe deeply that talent is everywhere, but opportunity, access, mentorship, and professional exposure are not.
