1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Eandel News & Magazine websites, mobile applications, digital content, subscription services, support programmes, advertising services and related portals. In these Terms, “Eandel”, “we”, “our” or “us” means Eandel News & Magazine.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the relevant service.

2. Our Services

Eandel provides news, magazine features, analysis, videos, digital reading services, subscriptions, support opportunities, advertising placements and account-based portals. Features may differ between the website, mobile application and individual portals, and we may update or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.

3. Accounts and Portals

• You must provide accurate information when creating or using an account.
• You are responsible for protecting your login details and for activity carried out through your account.
• You must not impersonate another person, create misleading accounts, or use a portal without permission.
• We may suspend or restrict an account where we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, a security risk or a breach of these Terms.

4. News and Editorial Content

Our editorial content is provided for general information, education and public-interest purposes. It is not legal, medical, financial or professional advice. While we work to maintain accuracy and may correct errors, we do not guarantee that every article, video, opinion or third-party report is complete, current or free from error.

You may share links to Eandel content for lawful, non-misleading purposes. You must not copy, republish, sell, modify or distribute substantial portions of our content without written permission.

5. Subscriptions and Support Payments

Subscription and support plans, including their price, currency, duration and included benefits, are shown during checkout. Payments may be processed through Paystack or Flutterwave. A payment is not considered confirmed until the gateway and our system verify it successfully.

Recurring plans may renew according to the plan selected at checkout. You may request cancellation through the available account or support channels. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for a period that has already started; refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy.

6. Advertising Services

Advertisers must provide lawful, accurate and non-infringing material. We may reject, pause or remove an advert that breaches applicable law, our editorial standards, platform rules, intellectual-property rights or public-safety requirements. Payment alone does not guarantee approval, placement, reach or a specific commercial result.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not use our services to commit a crime, distribute malware, interfere with our systems, attempt unauthorised access, harvest personal data, submit fraudulent payment details, publish unlawful material or harass other users, staff, writers or partners.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Eandel’s branding, logos, software, page designs, editorial works, videos, graphics and other service materials belong to Eandel or our licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to access and use the services for their intended purpose.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

Our services may contain links, embedded videos, advertising tools, payment gateways, app stores and other third-party services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, content, security or practices of third-party services.

10. Availability and Disclaimers

We aim to keep our services available and secure, but interruptions may occur because of maintenance, network failures, third-party providers, security incidents or circumstances outside our reasonable control. To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided on an “as available” basis and without warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Eandel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
